and moved to Jiangmen in 2005.

In 1990, with a start-up capital of 3,000 yuan, Mr. Liao Haotian, the founder of the company, led a team of 6 people to set up "Shunde Xiqing FRP Factory" by a fish pond in Xiqing Village, Longjiang Town, Shunde, Guangdong Province.
In 1992, with the development of the business and the continuous expansion of the factory, Mr. Liao Haotian rented a house of 4,000 square meters, and the number of employees increased to 100, and invited his younger brother Mr. Liao Yuantian to join the management of the company. In the same year, "Shunde Xiqing FRP Factory" was officially renamed "Xiqing Plastic Packaging Factory"
With the expansion of business, "Xiqing Plastic Packaging Factory" has no longer adapted to the development of the factory, in 1994, Xiqing Plastic Packaging Factory moved to a new location, the factory has begun to take shape, and the employees have a relatively stable home. The factory entered a period of full speed development.
In 1997, "Xiqing Plastic Packaging Factory" has become a famous brand enterprise of domestic helmet production plants, and Mr. Liao Haotian has seen the limitations of the domestic market. In order to do a good job in exporting products, Mr. Liao Haotian renamed "Xiqing Plastic Packaging Factory" as "Shunde Fengxing Motorcycle Supplies Factory".
In 1999, as the business continued to grow rapidly, Mr. Liao Hao Tian realized that he could not just continue to expand the factory, and he invited his other younger brother, Mr. Liao Rutian, to join the management of MHR's further development, and Mr. Liao Rutian joined MHR on June 28, playing a key role in the success of the business. At the same time, this means that MHR will truly become a family business.
In 2001, in order to further improve the company's management level and improve product quality, the company introduced a ISO9001 quality management system, established the company's organizational structure, renamed the factory Shunde Fengxing Helmet Co., Ltd. again, and successfully passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification in May of the same year, the company introduced the first set of helmet testing equipment in the same year, and the injection molding department was established in October, and the company's export road began to enter a stage of steady development.
In 2002, the company completely transformed to produce helmets
for export, and the business expanded from the original single US
market to the European market, as well as a small part of the
Southeast Asian market and the Greek market.
With the increasing number of employees,
the company has invested in a new standard staff building
integrating canteen and accommodation for the happiness of
employees.
From 2003 to 2004, the company's performance has grown steadily, product quality has also been significantly improved, and market development has begun to move towards diversified groups.
After several years of rapid development,
the original plant and production equipment of Fengxing have
been difficult to meet the needs of the company's development.
Mr. Liao Haotian began to look for a new investment environment,
and finally chose Gonghe Town, Heshan City, Jiangmen,
invested more than 100 million yuan, built a factory covering
an area of 270,000 square meters, with new production equipment,
and began to set up an EPS (shockproof core) workshop,
which provides a strong guarantee for ensuring the safety
performance of products.
In September 2005, Shunde Fengxing Helmet Co.,
Ltd. moved from Longjiang Town, Shunde City to Gonghe Town,
Jiangmen City, and officially changed its name to Jiangmen
Pengcheng Helmet Co., Ltd. On November 9 of the same year,
a grand opening ceremony was held, and November 9 of each year
was designated as the factory anniversary.
In September of the same year, the company spared no
expense to hire the first foreign helmet designer,
and the SP1 and SP2 series products developed
by it were successfully sold in overseas markets.
In 2006, the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system was officially launched in the company. The application of information management is conducive to improving production efficiency.
In July 2007, in order to make up for the phenomenon of zero
brand in China's helmet industry in foreign markets,
Mr. Liao Haotian put forward the slogan
of "fighting for national dignity", launched the first helmet brand
belonging to the Chinese nation - LS2 in the foreign helmet market,
and successfully established his own sales company in
Spain - TDT company. This marks the beginning of the Chinese
nation's battle to create its own brand.
In 2009, we purchased an 80,000 square meter plot of land in
Terrassa, Spain, and built our own warehouse.
The new warehouse handles all distribution logistics,
design, marketing and operation of the LS2 brand.
In the same year, in order to enhance the attention of
domestic consumers to life safety and promote the process
of domestic helmet safety performance,
LS2 entered the domestic market.
In order to meet the company's growing business needs, at the same time to provide consumers with better after-sales service, and better consolidate the American market, the second sales company was established in the United States - APC company.
In 2012, the process reform of a workshop, the quality of carbon fiber and FRP products has made a qualitative leap. In the same year, a total of 20 Haitian injection molding machines and supporting equipment were added to the injection molding workshop.
In September 2013, the lens workshop was established, and in 2017, it was moved from Longjiang, Shunde to Jiangmen.
In 2014, a workshop imported water cutting equipment from South Korea. At the same time, in order to better improve product quality and improve the work efficiency and sense of responsibility of employees, the company has changed all assembly lines to group individual piecework mode, creating a precedent for the production of the entire industry!
In October 2015, the warehouse barcode system was fully launched.
In January 2017, in order to do a good job in
environmentalprotection, the company
renovated the entire company's waste gas
and wastewater facilities, and obtained the
pollutant discharge permit issued by the
state in the same year.
In August 2017,
with the increase in orders for FRP and
carbon fiber products, and in order to
ensure the quality of the products,
a dual-robot laser trimming equipment
was customized.
In June 2018, it invested 1.25 million yuan to introduce a set of
FIM testing equipment from Spain. This machine is mainly used
for standard testing of FIM racing helmets, which is currently
the only one in China and the second in Asia.
In May 2020, in order to make the employees live better and
more comfortable, the boss resolutely invested more than 10
million yuan to renovate and upgrade the happy "home" of the
employees during the epidemic.
In June 2020, it began to invest in the R&D and production
of goggles.
In December 2020, a fully automatic grinding
workstation was added to the injection molding workshop.
In December 2020, AGV robot material transportation
was added to the injection molding workshop.
In February 2021, the robotic arm in the triple A workshop replaced
manual painting to make the quality more stable.
In March 2021, the appliqué workshop was fully operational.

In March 2021, robot painting equipment was added to
the triple-A workshop.
In July 2021, the ERP system was upgraded and replaced.
In November 2021, it invested 25 million yuan, covering
an area of 3,300 square meters, to build a modern garment
workshop.
In 2022, TDT's new headquarters was inaugurated, covering an area of 3,000 square meters dedicated to design, marketing, finance and sales. A 500-square-meter showroom with a wide range of products. In terms of logistics, the new headquarters has five loading and unloading areas covering an area of 10,000 square meters. The completion of TDT's new headquarters will enable LS2 to further reduce lead times for its products throughout Europe.
In 2023, in order to improve the quality of the flower paper,
a new flower paper printing machine will be purchased,
which will greatly improve the brightness of the flower paper,
and 6 shell hydraulic presses and 3 grinding robots will be added to
the first workshop in the same year, which will greatly increase
the production capacity of FRP carbon fiber.
